Soho Lofts will be one story high, have 16 floors and contain 120 units. 112 units will be flats and 8 will be 2 story penthouses. 1 and 2 bedroom floor plans are available for flats. Prices range from $350,000 to $1.9 Million. Floor plans range from 1,336 to 4,000 square feet. The first floor is planned to be retail and floors 2-6 are planned to be parking. Residential units will begin on the 7th floor and end on the 16th floor. Association fees are $395.00 per month for all units excluding penthouses, which have not yet been decided.
